This is the final day of our week-long celebration of National Entrepreneurship Day and I am blown away by the awesome women in the Purpose 2 Platform program. Many purpose chasers have a story of triumph and challenge that brought them pain, but Dr. Vernell Deslonde is a woman who knew exactly how to take her pain and turn it into purpose.
Dr. Vernell is a passionate, purpose-driven woman of God who understands first-hand what it means to be a single mother after experiencing an unwanted and unexpected divorce and the added pressure of having more than 1.1 million dollars of debt with zero assets and negative net worth. Dr. Vernell is a published author of several academic journal publications, and a sought-after speaker, writer, and clarity coach. 
In her book, From Pain to Purpose, Dr. Vernell shares her story of transformation, self-discovery, self-realization, resiliency, and discovering her God-led purpose as she battled with emotional turmoil, limiting beliefs, financial difficulties, and in the end, an abundance of joy.  From Pain to Purpose is about revelation, reclamation, and how God used her painful divorce to propel her towards becoming her best version.

Gurpreet Kaur: Remember to Say Thank You

Welcome to day four of our week-long celebration of National Entrepreneurship Day. While many of us try to take the journey alone, I can’t express the importance of community and support when stepping into entrepreneurship. Being an entrepreneur is 70% mental and 30% physical, and our thoughts, beliefs and state of mind play the most important role in building success and maintaining peace.
Both in life and in business, we all need support and someone whom we can be vulnerable with and bounce ideas off of. When we try to do it alone, we allow doubt and fear to step in and stop us from living our best life. Today’s guest spent years battling depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts, until gratitude became the focus that pushed her out of pain and into purpose.
Gurpreet Kaur is a Mindset Transformation Coach from Northern Ireland who is on a mission to help others feel happier, more confident and in control in a world that seems ever more chaotic and filled with fear.
Diagnosed with depression at 19, Gurpreet found herself riddled with sadness and guilt as the years went by. After meeting and marrying the love of her life, she soon realized that marriage didn't magically do what she hoped it would. It didn't erase the pain, fix the relationships or suddenly make her feel like she was good enough, pretty enough or worthy enough.
Fifteen years later, Gurpreet experienced a divine interruption that took her on a journey toward forgiveness and compassion for herself and others. Now an international speaker, Gurpreet is described as “inspirational and a life changing presence” by her clients. It is her purpose to ensure that anyone she ever comes in contact with knows that there is a power that is unlocked when one has faith and gratitude.

Megan De La Concha: Trust the Process

Today we celebrate day three in our week-long extension of National Entrepreneurship Day. So far we’ve heard from two women in my signature program Purpose 2 Platform who taught us how to stop shrinking ourselves and tell our story. In this episode, we’re learning how to trust the process and our guest is a woman who took a leap of faith, fully embraced her purpose and is now able to establish generational wealth for her family. 
Megan De La Concha is a wife and mother of 2 who recently dove head first into purpose. Growing up in a middle class, conservative Christian household in sunny Florida, life was pretty normal for Megan until her twenties where she found herself surrounded by drug abuse and domestic violence, including mental and emotional abuse.
After losing her identity, voice and self worth Megan divinely landed in therapy, where she spent 2 years of hard work rediscovering herself. Tapping into her Faith and relationship with God, Megan has since earned three Masters degrees in Public Health focusing on alternative medicine and mental health.

Lacy Fields: Tell Your Story

In honor of National Entrepreneurship Day, we continue to celebrate the amazing entrepreneurial minded women in my community, particularly highlighting those in my signature coaching program, Purpose 2 Platform. There are so many great stories and testimonies of women who have used their trials to propel them into their purpose.

Teen mom turned Course Mentor, Lacy Fields, created her award-winning mentoring program, U Go Girl, 10 years ago in her basement. After years of mentoring teen girls, designing youth curriculum and helping other women do the same, Lacy is now using her curriculum design skills to help purpose driven women create transformational courses using their story.

Evelyn LeVasseur: No More Shrinking

There are so many national days of celebration, but I recently learned that November 17th is National Entrepreneurs Day. This day is centered around highlighting and celebrating entrepreneurship throughout the country and sharing the stories of those who took a leap of faith, endured the challenges and trials of building a business, and designed their ideal lifestyle.
The work pillar is all about living your life’s purpose and getting the clarity needed to execute successfully. My main focus is to help people earn more without feeling like they have to chase, and I’ve watched countless women transform their lives and others by becoming entrepreneurs. For this reason, I found it necessary to turn National Entrepreneurs Day into a week-long celebration.
This week you can expect exclusive bonus interviews with amazing women from the recent cohort of my signature program, Purpose 2 Platform. Sharing how they gained clarity and now live purposeful lives, this week’s guest wants every woman to know that she can want to change her body, and love it at the same time.
Evelyn LeVasseur is the owner of Evelyn LeVasseur Fitness, a company that focuses on helping busy, overwhelmed moms reach their body goals without dieting or deprivation. Evelyn knows that moms can be especially hard on themselves and expect perfection: in our homes, jobs, marriages, and of course our bodies.

Alexandra Elle: After The Rain

How many times have you allowed validation from others to determine your self-worth? How many times have your decisions been based on what someone else thought was best for you?
I’ve met so many Purpose Chasers who have accepted the choices and opinions of others as validation regarding how they live their lives. Master The Margin

When was the last time you took inventory on how you genuinely feel? What isn’t working for you in this season or preventing you from who you say you want to become? It’s time we get to the root of what or who or where your peace is being robbed, and it can often be a result of how you master your personal margin.
Personal margin is the difference between your time and energy that results in peace.
Living in the midst of a pandemic has placed many of us in a negative space when it comes to personal margin simply because we didn’t establish a well-rounded perspective or view of how we could continue to move purposely through the world prior to change. Our routines consisted of bad habits that combined excuses, unused resources, and wasted time. We relied on one person or one activity to bring us peace, when we should have set time aside to do the things that bring us peace first.
What are the excuses you are allowing into your personal space that are contributing to you wasting time and energy and money that could be redirected toward your personal margin?
The six pillars of wealth contribute to how we are impacted by life’s events. When we take the time to focus on our space, faith, fit, work, people, and money pillars - we are able to achieve overall well-being, which we believe is the ultimate form of wealth.

Rho Thomas: Face the Numbers

Are you spending next month’s money to cover this month's expenses? If so, no matter how much money you make, you are living paycheck to paycheck.
I want you to have the best year possible and as we continue in this fourth quarter, it is imperative that we are strategic and intentional about how we finish this year. So many of us live paycheck to paycheck and we don’t even know it, but we still have time to change our financial situation before the end of the year. This requires us to get out of debt.
If you are someone who finds yourself with multiple five or six-figures worth of debt, now is the perfect time to position yourself on the road toward financial freedom for 2021. Our guest today is a student in my Purpose 2 Platform program who took inventory of her debt and realized that she and her husband had more than $670,000 of debt. By intentional planning and budgeting they were able to pay off over $300,000 and all she and her husband did was face the numbers.
